【ABOUT TICKET】

Please note that no changes or cancellations will be accepted after you have ordered.
Sales will end when all tickets are sold out.
Tickets are required for ages 4 and older.
Each person may purchase up to 4 tickets for all tickets.
Tickets must be purchased at the authorized sales counter. Unauthorized sale (resale) or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Tickets will not be refunded in case of cancellation or postponement of the performance, or in case of change or cancellation of performers.
Tickets will not be reissued in case of loss, damage, theft, etc. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.


【ABOUT ENTRY】

Please note that we may need to verify your identity. Please bring identification documents with you when you come to the venue. If we are unable to confirm your identity, you may be denied entry.
Please be advised that you may be subject to a baggage check and a body check using a metal detector.
Entry and exit restrictions may be enforced depending on how crowded the venue is.
If you are a wheelchair user, please contact Kyodo Information at 0570-200-888 (11:00~18:00 / closed on Sundays and holidays) after purchasing a ticket. We will ask for your name and seat number, etc., and then provide instructions on how to enter the venue.

【PROHIBITIONS】

Please refrain from coming to the venue early in the morning as it may cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
Standing or sitting at the venue is prohibited.
All seats are reserved seats, so please be sure to sit in your own seat.
Waiting for performers to enter or exit the venue is strictly prohibited.
No photography, recording, or video recording of the performers is allowed without permission from the staff. If you are found to be doing so, your equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. Please be advised that you may be turned over to the police depending on your conduct.
Please refrain from holding fans, boards, and other cheering merchandise above your head.
The use of non-official penlights is prohibited. If you find unofficial penlights, psyllium, laser pointers, or any other items that may interfere with the performance, the staff will ask you to confiscate or put them away on the spot.
Pick-ups and scouting are strictly prohibited. If you are found, you will be asked to leave the venue forcibly. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
Members of antisocial groups, drunken people, and people who do not fit the atmosphere of this event are strictly prohibited from entering the premises.
Bottles, cans, alcohol, dangerous items such as fireworks, firecrackers, animals (except nursing dogs), and other items prohibited by law are not allowed on the premises.
Carrying cases and other large items are prohibited. Please leave them in coin-operated lockers in the neighborhood.
Baby strollers are not allowed.
Acceptance or receipt of backstage flowers, stand flowers, or gifts in the name of an individual is not permitted. No gift boxes will be set up.
Those who behave in a manner that disturbs other visitors will be forcibly asked to leave the venue. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases.

【ABOUT OPERATION】

Please manage your own personal belongings at your own risk.
The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
Please set your cell phone to silent mode while inside the venue.
Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
If you are found to be entering the venue illegally, you will be asked to leave the venue. Please understand that you may be turned over to the police.
Please drink water frequently as the show will last for a long time. If you are not feeling well, please ask a staff member nearby.
In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the organizer.


【OTHERS】

There is a possibility that the date, time, or content of the event may be changed. The latest information will be posted on the official website, so please be sure to check before purchasing tickets or coming to the event.
Please note that the rules of the event may be changed if it is determined that such changes would interfere with the operation of the event. No refunds will be made for tickets in the event of rule changes. Please understand this in advance.
This event will be held rain or shine. （No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation or change of performers. In the event of cancellation or delay of the event, no compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees). Please understand this in advance.

※Please issue a ticket at the 7-Eleven store in Japan before coming to the venue.
※Tickets can not be issued at 7-Eleven stores other than Japan.
※Please present the 13-digit "Payment slip number" that will be issued after confirmation of purchase to a store clerk of 7-Eleven.
※After completing the application, you can not change or cancel the tickets purchased.
