Same-Day Ticket Sales

All same-day tickets will incur an additional charge of ¥600.
Same-day tickets are sold at general pricing only (no student pricing).
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth located next to the venue entrance or online.

Bench location

The team listed on the left side of the match card will be seated on the right side when facing the official table from the court.
The team on the right side of the match card will be seated on the left side.

Cautions

*Each person can purchase up to 20 tickets.

*Children of elementary school age or younger may enter free of charge only when accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. Up to two children per guardian are allowed.

*Please note that proof of age may be required upon entry, so be sure to bring identification for your child.

*For Day 1 tickets, floor-level seats (Bench Side / Court Side / Court End) are subject to seat changes for each game. After each game, audience members will be required to vacate their seats for the next group of ticket holders. Even if you have a ticket for the next game, we kindly ask that you temporarily exit the venue and re-enter for your designated game.

*Customers who have purchased a ticket with limited merchandise (Arena Seats) are kindly requested to collect their items at the designated redemption area inside the venue. Please note that only two types of merchandise are available. Therefore, if you purchase merchandise tickets for all three days, you will receive duplicate items. Thank you for your understanding.

*No refunds will be made if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons after the event has started.

*Prices shown include tax.

*Resale for profit is prohibited.

*Tickets purchased cannot be replaced, changed, or cancelled for any reason.

*In addition to the ticket price, system usage fees and other fees will be charged at the time of purchase.

*In the event of cancellation, the fees will not be refunded.

*If the amount of payment including various fees exceeds 300,000 yen, the system will not allow payment at convenience stores.

*The World University Basketball Series management or their designated persons (partners, various press and media representatives, etc.) will be taking video and still pictures inside and outside the venue during the games, which will not be shown on the game broadcast, in the official World University Basketball Series media, or in the news. Series official media, news programs and related media, and for the production and sale of video products and sales materials. Please be aware that your likeness or property may appear in these videos and still images.
