※In order to prevent the resale or transfer of tickets, we may conduct ID checks upon entry. When attending, please be sure to bring an official form of identification with photo (driver's license, passport, etc.). If you do not have a photo ID, please bring two official forms of identification (student ID, health insurance card, resident registration card, etc.).
＜Youth ticket notes＞
※Youth ticket applications are available to those who are 3 years old or older and 24 years old or younger on the day of the performance.
You must present proof of age (such as a passport; copies are not acceptable) at the entrance when entering the venue. (Those who are junior high school students or older and live in Japan must present a student ID or similar.) If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be required to pay the regular reserved seat fee.
＜How to receive tickets＞
※Please issue a ticket at the 7-Eleven store in Japan before coming to the venue.
※Tickets can not be issued at 7-Eleven stores other than Japan.
※Please present the 13-digit "Payment slip number" that will be issued after confirmation of purchase to a store clerk of 7-Eleven.
※After completing the application, you can not change or cancel the tickets purchased.
＜Pick-up acceptance period＞
From 10:00am (JST) on the day 2 weeks before the performance. Thank you for your understanding.
