・Date-Specified Tickets: Tickets can be purchased for a specified date.
・Same-Day Tickets: These will be sold at the venue only if there are remaining date-specified tickets (valid only for the day). If the predetermined number of tickets has been sold, same-day tickets will not be available at the venue.
*Since tickets often sell out on weekends, holidays, and weekday evenings, we recommend purchasing date-specified tickets in advance.

*1. Entry is prohibited for children of elementary school age or younger without an accompanying guardian.
　　A guardian must accompany children for entry.
*2. A guardian can accompany a maximum of three children of elementary school age or younger.
　　Please bring identification for the children (such as a health insurance card).
*3. Due to the dark environment inside the venue and for safety reasons, a guardian can accompany a maximum of three children of elementary school age or younger.
　　For example, two guardians are required if you are accompanying five children of elementary school age or younger, and three guardians are needed if you are accompanying seven children.
*4. One discounted ticket for persons with disabilities can be purchased for each person holding a disability certificate.
*5. One accompanying person can purchase a ticket at the discounted price for persons with disabilities. (This only applies if purchased simultaneously. A maximum of two tickets, including the person with the disability.)
*6. On the day of your visit, please bring the disability certificate; it will be checked at reception.

・Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. Please check the details with the play guide.
・It is prohibited to reserve or purchase tickets for the purpose of resale for profit.

▼ Visitor Guidelines
・During busy times inside the venue, you may be asked to wait from the start time indicated on your ticket until you can enter.
・If you arrive outside the time indicated on your ticket, you may not be allowed to enter.
・There is no time limit once you have entered the venue.
・Re-entry is not allowed after you have exited. Additionally, refunds will not be provided after entry.
・We have designated routes for visitors using wheelchairs and those with strollers to facilitate easier access.
