● This festival will be held rain or shine. (Except in the event of bad weather or natural disasters).
● As this is a festival, the performers may change. Tickets will not be refunded due to changes or cancellations of performers or bad weather. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than the postponement or cancellation of the performance, such as illness (including new coronavirus infection and influenza), injury, or personal convenience.
● In the unlikely event that a refund occurs, only the ticket price will be refunded, and sales administrative fees including ticket charges will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and consent before purchasing.
● The temperature may drop significantly due to rain or bad weather, so please take measures against the cold and rain, such as preparing cold weather gear and rainwear. Umbrellas are prohibited on the AZUMA STAGE.
● There are items that are prohibited from being brought into or used in the venue and in each area. For details, please check the [Prohibited items inside the venue, items that are not allowed to be brought in, and items that are not allowed to be used] section.
●Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the park except in the smoking area. Please use the smoking area if you wish to smoke (including electronic cigarettes).
●Please refrain from sleeping overnight or camping outdoors in or around the venue.
●Standing is required in the arena of the AZUMA STAGE.
●The use of sheets and furniture is prohibited in the stage area.
●Sheets, tents, and furniture can be used in the day camp area of the venue.
●However, even if you plan to attend for both days, you will not be able to leave tents set up after the festival ends on Saturday, October 19th. In addition, tents, sheets, and furniture cannot be set up outside the day camp area. Please note that staff may remove them.
●Entry to each area may be restricted depending on the congestion situation. Blocks may also be set up in each area. Thank you for your understanding.
●Regulated entry and exit may be implemented in each area of the venue without prior notice.
●Please use the paid cloakroom service or manage your luggage at your own risk.

●Please dispose of garbage in the designated area. Please cooperate in separating garbage.
●We will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) due to the cancellation or delay of the festival.

[Regarding admission]
● Only one person may enter per ticket (one ticket is required for all junior high school students and above). Preschool and elementary school children may enter free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a guardian. (* Preschool and elementary school children cannot enter alone.)
● After exchanging your ticket at the wristband exchange booth, you may enter each live area. You cannot enter with your ticket. After exchanging your wristband, the wristband will be your proof of purchase. Please be careful not to lose it and wear it on your wrist.
● The ticket is only valid for the performance date printed on the ticket.
● Transferring or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. If we find out that you have entered the venue through such actions, we will take legal action.
● Wristbands will not be reissued for any reason, including damage to or loss of tickets, or forgetting your ticket on the day of the performance.
If your wristband is damaged, please come to the information desk.
● You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing a wristband. Please take good care of it until the end of the festival and never remove it.
●If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave regardless of the reason. In addition, you will be handed over to the police and will be charged for damages.
[Parking]
●If you come to Azuma General Sports Park by car or motorcycle, you will need a parking ticket (paid) for the large parking lot. Please be sure to purchase one before coming to the park.
●Please refrain from illegal parking and any behavior that may cause inconvenience to local residents. If we deem your behavior dangerous or malicious, we will report you to the police.
●Vehicles without a parking ticket cannot use the parking lot to pick up or drop off vehicles.
●Drinking and driving is prohibited by law.

[Prohibited items inside the venue]
＜AZUMA STAGE＞
●Beverages and food other than water and tea (unsweetened) are not allowed inside the arena. (Food and drink as specified in the stand seats can be brought in)
●Strollers and camping carts are allowed, but are prohibited from being used in the area in front of the stage and when crowded.
●Furniture and seats are allowed, but cannot be used inside the arena area.
＜Stage area＞
●Video cameras, professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, and recording equipment are not allowed.
● Coolers and bottles are not permitted.
● Plastic bottles are permitted, but please do not throw them on the stage as this is dangerous.
● Animals (except for service dogs) are not permitted.
＜Entire venue＞
● In addition to the prohibited items and items in each area, fireworks and other explosives, other dangerous items, and items prohibited by law are strictly prohibited. (If prohibited items are found to be brought in, the police will be notified immediately.)
● Bottles are generally prohibited. (Items and souvenirs purchased from stalls in the venue are permitted, but cannot be brought into the stage area. In addition, bottles purchased cannot be opened, opened, or consumed inside the venue.)

● Dangerous actions such as diving, moshing, and circle moshing are strictly prohibited. The organizers will make every effort to prevent such behavior from occurring, but please note that the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries caused by diving, moshing, circle moshing, or other actions.
●At this festival, we strictly prohibit members and associates of organized crime and other anti-social groups, drunk people, and people who do not fit the atmosphere of the festival from entering the premises.
[About the shuttle bus]
